Moorhill and Redhill pupils had an unforgettable experience at Young Voices 2026, joining thousands of children to create an incredible massed choir performance  of over 6,000 children, filled with music, energy, and excitement.

Our children represented the school beautifully—singing with confidence, enthusiasm, and pride. From the moment they arrived, they embraced every warm-up, every rehearsal, and every song, showing real dedication and joy throughout the day.

Speaking with a group of KS2 pupils afterwards, they shared why being part of Young Voices is so important to them:

"I think it is really fun and I love joining in with all the children singing."

"We are role models for our school."

"It brings everyone together as a community and we get to use our Teamwork ANTLER."

"It makes people feel joyful."

We are incredibly proud of every child who took part. Their behaviour, attitude, and passion for singing were exceptional, and they truly embodied our school values from start to finish.

A huge thank you to our staff team for supporting the rehearsals and the event itself, and to our families for your continued encouragement—whether helping with practices at home, organising shirts and torches, or cheering from the audience.

Young Voices continues to be a highlight of the school year, and this year was no exception. Well done, everyone!
